Horse Riding

The Utegangar Riding Center is situated only 1km from the hotel and is the only riding facility on the island. The centre caters to all levels of riding competence and lessons are also available. Scenic rides can be organised, ranging from a minimum of 1-hour to half a day.

The rides go along nearby white sand beaches of Anse Cimitiere, Anse Barbarons or Grand Anse; tropical rain forests; cinnamon tree plantations; mangroves and through the mountains.

Take a romantic sunset ride or a trip to the mountain to a secret waterfall where a picnic as well as a dip in the natural pool.  Riding times are subject to tide levels. The centre is open everyday by appointment only. Bookings should be made at least one day in advance.
